Includes indices, appendix, list of subscribers, etc. Very good with light rubbing to leather, outermost leaves including flyleaves have been covered with mounted newspaper clippings of local interest, mainly 100 years old clippings, appears to have only ONE of two folding plans: we have the plan of Fort Duquesne. Very Good.
