New York: Film-Makers' Co-Operative / Cinematheque, 1966. Program for Kenneth Anger's Magick Lantern Cycle, a series of 6 films screened at Jonas Mekas' Film-Makers' Cinematheque in downtown New York. 9 pages in card wraps, all contents loose. This copy lacks the original plastic binder that held everything together. Of the 9 pages 3 have text and the other 6 are b&w photos showing stills from the movies. The rear wrap has a portrait of Anger. Near Fine with minimal handling to the wraps. A classic item from the late '60s New York art scene, complete with Anger's suggestions to drug users as to the perfect timing for taking specific drugs while watching the movies. The 6 films screened were Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome, Prelude -- Anger Aquarian Arcanum, Preview -- Kustom Kar Kommandos, Fireworks, Eaux d'Artifice, Scorpio Rising. Near Fine.
