Small 4to, printed tan wraps with red and black lettering (10 x 7.75 inches), ca. 75 unnumbered pages, mainly advertising interspersed with grainy photographs of Charleston scenery, and some of the effects of the Cyclone of 1885, which wreaked havoc on the town. Good+, some chipping and soil to front wrap (upper corner 2.5 x 1.5 inches gone), minor other chips, modest wear to rear cover, contents VG, age toned. RARE item.
